“Whenever I enter a treatment room I silently address myself to the person's indwelling intelligence and ask that I may be shown their deepest need.”

Hello, I’m Lulu, a Licensed Massage Therapist with a passion for helping people feel more at ease in their mind, body, and heart. I have a background as a yoga teacher, martial artist, powerlifter, and meditation guide. During my sessions with clients, I use a variety of techniques including acupressure, shiatsu, deep tissue, sports massage, thai massage, meditation, pranayama, and craniosacral therapy.

The journey into studying functional anatomy and somatic movement modalities started when I needed to learn how to heal myself. It all began with a yoga teacher training in 2014. I love sharing my vast and diverse knowledge of eastern medicine to help my clients implement wellness, mindful movement, and meditation into their busy lives. My intention with my practice is to meet each client, and each of their individual needs, with an open heart, a compassionate ear, and a professional healing touch.

My client population is and has been diverse, including professional athletes, busy and driven career folk, travelers, and people with chronic and acute pain and illness. In 2018 began my massage therapy practice in Brooklyn Heights and worked with insurance patients who were pairing visits with physical therapy. My time and experience in Brooklyn provided a solid foundation for my understanding of complex needs and concerns that clients face on a daily basis.

In my spare time I enjoy hiking and camping, spending time in the water (fresh or salt), and spending time with loved ones. In addition, my volunteer work for The Nachan Project and NAMI NYC-Metro allow me to give back globally and to the community back home.

In 2020 I entered a period of immense personal growth as the Catskills were calling and I answered the call to move and integrate residing in a natural environment into my well-being and healing journey. I am so happy to serve the diverse residents and visitors of the Hudson Valley region and hope to share the healing arts with you sometime soon.
